“Eat like you love yourself. Move like you value yourself. Speak like you respect yourself. Live like you care for yourself.”
My story
I’ve always felt a deep, intuitive pull toward natural medicine—a calling that has guided me through over two decades of studying holistic health and wellness. However, in 2012, my journey took a personal turn when I discovered my own food allergies. After years of struggling with fluid issues in my ears, a chiropractor and integrative medicine doctor recommended allergy testing, and it opened the door to profound healing. That moment sparked a transformative journey, where I experienced firsthand the incredible power of natural medicine and nutrition to heal from within.
Today, I’ve channeled that passion into a holistic wellness consulting practice, where I get to help others discover their own path to healing and vitality.
As a certified herbalist, I offer personalized consultations, both online and in person. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, migraines, or hormone imbalances, together, we can explore the best vitamins, herbs, and supplements tailored to your unique needs, supporting you in your holistic healing journey.
In addition, I create handmade diffuser jewelry, healing bath products, personalized herbal tinctures and elixirs, and custom essential oil blends—all designed to bring balance and well-being into your daily life. You can explore these healing products at Mother’s Natchez, where every item is crafted with care and intention.
Let’s embrace the power of nature to support your wellness journey!
10th & Magnolia | Behind the name
Like many grassroots businesses, 10th & Magnolia was born right in my home.
My health journey began in a place that gave me both the freedom to dream and the space to heal from my past. It was on the corner of
10th St and Magnolia St that I realized healing is attainable — and it all starts with nourishment.
10th & Magnolia embodies the freedom to dream your biggest dreams, the transformative power of healing trauma, and the joy of stepping into a brand-new chapter of life.
“It takes courage to open ourselves up to joy.”
